Shipping and service delivery policy

Digital service activation within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, delivered via email and WhatsApp. No physical shipping. Retainx is a software as a service product only.

Service delivery

Retainx is a cloud based software service. There is no physical product to ship. When your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your plan is activated automatically, normally within 5 minutes. You receive a confirmation by email and on WhatsApp with your login details and next steps.

If activation is delayed

In the rare case that activation does not complete within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact support@retainx.in or call +91 80 4718 2200 during support hours (10am to 7pm IST, Monday to Saturday). We will activate your account manually and investigate.

No physical shipping

Because Retainx is delivered entirely online, there are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines for goods, and no courier or logistics involved. QR codes, wallet passes, and reports are generated digitally and delivered through the dashboard, email, and WhatsApp.
